Rule of art: nothing larger than a doodle is allowed to go without a background or at least supporting props, because the king declares it to be so. Except for references.

Name: ?

A wide-eyed Traveller who travels. Curious, but also detached. Quiet. Passive, trying to be less so. On a journey to tame his/her arrogance.

Spawned as a result of an attempt to use modern clothes to simulate the shapes that regularly show up in the sort of fantasy character design I like (cape, waistcoat, shirt, boots...). The jacket is almost never worn properly and hangs off the shoulders like a cape. Outfit changes occur occasionally.

Was originally a boy by default but then I drew him crossdressing and thought he'd be cute as a girl too...currently, the Traveller is neither and doesn't express any particular preference. It just so happens that the boy ver. is easier to draw...

The occasional crows are the king's loyal subjects. The Traveller is also one (main method of transport over long distances is flight) and sometimes accompanied by a small flock. Most often travels alone, though.

story

A self-declared king who left home (a castle) and visits various places (generally filled with what I feel like drawing at the moment). Doesn't get AUed into oblivion like Cory and Leo, though.
Inspired by The Little Prince, Kino no Tabi and the Hatsune Miku song The Beast., and is my environment/concepts drawing fodder.
